Standard First Aid course is a comprehensive 2-day program designed to teach you essential skills to effectively respond to medical emergencies in the workplace, home or other setting. This course is designed to meet provincial workplace requirements


Standard First Aid Recertification is 1-day course intended for people whose current Standard First Aid CPR AED Level C card is nearing expiry. It reviews proven methods for providing standard first aid to injured or ill persons.


Provides a personal understanding of the effects of stress, loss, trauma and grief on others, with emphasis on self-care and personal protection.Teaches learners how to support themselves and others to cope with the effects of various types of stress.


Emergency First Aid Level A is fast-paced and extensive 1-day course that delivers proven methods for providing basic, urgent assistance to injured or ill adults. Through a combination of instruction, demonstration, and hands-on practice.


AFA is a professional level of emergency response including firefighters, law-enforcement officers, oil and gas safety personnel and emergency medical services personnel.
Full Time - Monday to Friday
Part Time - Weekends Variable


This 20 hour course delivers Basic level of Remote First Aid that covers material in SFA & CPR, plus special material on techniques for wilderness and remote areas. It offers strategies for providing extended care for up to 24 hours.


This course is designed for individuals that work and or spend significant time in the wilderness environment or lead groups in a professional capacity


This course is designed for individuals who work as a part of a formal rescue and response system, typically having a duty to act as a member of a response team.
